Terms of service
Last updated: October 28, 2026
These terms govern the use of CDNPEER. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
1. What CDNPEER is
CDNPEER is a peer-to-peer (P2P) delivery service for live video. You add our script to your player's page (Clappr) and viewers watching the same live stream pass each other, over WebRTC, the video segments they have already downloaded. It includes a panel with statistics and account management.
The video still comes from your server: CDNPEER does not host, record or rebroadcast your content.
2. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and truthful information. You are responsible for your password and for everything done with your account.
- New accounts have CDN access from the start, with no TB: the CDN works on your websites as soon as you buy a plan or a package.
- You can ask us to close your account at any time from the contact page.
3. Plans, packs and usage
- A plan gives you a daily quota of P2P traffic (in TB) for 30 days. The quota resets every day at 00:00 (GMT-5) and unused traffic does not carry over.
- Packs are extra TB that never expire: they are used once the daily quota runs out (or if you have no plan).
- Only P2P traffic counts, that is, what your viewers pass to each other. What your servers deliver does not use up your plan.
- If both the daily quota and your packs run out, P2P stops until the next reset or until you buy more, and the video keeps being delivered from your server.
- You can upgrade whenever you want: what's left of your current plan is deducted.
- Prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change; a price change does not affect what you have already paid.
4. Payments
- You pay with USDT or USDC (BNB Smart Chain, Polygon or Ethereum) or with Bitcoin, directly to the CDNPEER wallet shown in each order.
- You must send the order amount in the currency and on the network shown. Network fees are paid by you. A payment sent on another network, to another address or in another currency may be lost and cannot always be recovered.
- Your plan or pack is activated automatically once the network confirms the payment.
- Any amount you overpay, or that we credit to you, stays as balance in your account and is deducted automatically from your next purchases. Balance cannot be converted into money or withdrawn.
5. Refunds
Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable. In justified cases (for example, a service failure attributable to CDNPEER), we may, at our discretion, credit the amount as balance in your account.
6. Affiliate program
- Every account has its own link. When someone signs up with your link, you earn a percentage (currently 30%, unless otherwise agreed) of what they pay in cryptocurrency.
- The commission is added to your balance for your purchases at CDNPEER; it cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.
- Amounts paid with balance do not earn commission. We may change the percentage going forward and cancel commissions obtained through fake accounts or self-referrals.
7. Acceptable use
- The CDN only works on the domains you add to your account. To add a domain already used by another account you must prove that it is yours.
- You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast: you must hold the necessary rights to broadcast it and comply with the laws that apply to you.
- You may not: use the service for illegal content; use the CDN on domains that are not yours; falsify reports or statistics; attack, overload or try to bypass the limits of the service; resell the service without an agreement with us.
- If you breach these terms we may suspend or close your account, without a refund.
8. Operation and availability
- We work to keep the service running at all times (with two trackers and automatic failover), but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any specific savings: the share of P2P depends on how many people watch the same channel at the same time, their networks and their devices.
- If P2P is not available, the player downloads the video from your server.
- We may update the script, the panel and the service to improve them or for security reasons.
9. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CDNPEER's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the event giving rise to it, and we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue or audience, or for the content or operation of your server and your website.
10. Privacy
How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy. As with any P2P connection over WebRTC, the browsers of viewers connected to each other can see each other's IP address: let your viewers know in your own privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will announce important changes in the panel or by email. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
12. Contact
If you have any questions about these terms, write to us from the contact page.
